The city of Hattiesburg shall burn in the flames of its own conception. The corrupt administration created by the Reverend Kenny Fairley, Chief Wynn, and Mayor Dupree will be the downfall of this once fine city. Hattiesburg is on its way to becoming another Jackson,MS, New Orleans, or Washington D.C. The "community" can then blame harworking taxpayers and "400 years of oppression by the white man" for its problems. Hopefully the citizens of Petal and Oak Grove will not allow this to happen to their cities/suburbs.

Mayor Dupree should quit looking for answers to the police shortage OUTSIDE the police dept. and look within. The reason for the shortage is the officer's are tired of working for the Fairleys. Tired of working for a chief who still thinks the MHP is the only good police agency. Tired of working for a closed minded person who told them 'All I know is David Wynn's way of doing things. So instead of me learning the ways of how the police is run, all of you can learn my way. If you don't like it, there's the door, no one here is under a contract.' Well Mayor, David Wynn's way is not working. Thank him for the contributions he has made now pass the torch on to someone else. It's not a black thing or a male thing. Mayor, it's time to be an administrator and make a change. It's not an admission of failure, it's just we need to try something/someone new. It's time. Do and you get my vote.
