Hub Dollars are like forum currency. Visit the store and you can buy things with it. you can donate hub dollars to folks by clicking the donate button by their posts.

Thanks--you can thank a member for their post. It use to be cool because it added to your reputation but now it's just a thanks.

Reputation power is how many points you can add to someone's reputation when you agree with their posts (the scale icon you can do this..you can also disagree and it takes points from their reputation.) your power increases with the number of posts you have.
