This was probably the first episode I couldn't have cared less about the main players stories, and more about the patients stories. Merideth's constant whining about not knowing what to do was on my nerves by the end of the first thirty minutes. Why any man would want to be with a woman so insecure is beyond me.
And Rose cutting Derek's and during surgery would have been instant termination at any job. He's a high profile surgeon and she cuts his hand?

On the flip side, Bernadette Peters? That woman looks great for being what, 100?

She saw alex being a jerk again and was thinking what if denny was still alive and everything would be ok.

i finally got to watch last nights episode when i got back in from a college fair at 10:30! It was sooo good! i am so glad grey's is back on. i am glad christina has a love interest this season - and the old women flashback was hilarious!

Meh episode. That was one big busted water pipe to have affected as much as it did. A real hospital leader would have immediately shut down when his employees reported that an entire floor was flooded as they got off the elevator, but since he was too obsessed with raising his hospital's ratings he put his patients and his staff at risk.
