database errors

We sure have been getting a lot of them lately. It's getting kind of aggravating when it happens on an interesting topic.

It seems to happen on certain days or at certain times. I get emails for each and every one of these errors. I don't know if they are doing maintenance on the server at a certain time at night or if it's just when there is a lot of traffic on the site. With all the addons like the bank, vbookie, and others, there are probably several hundred connections to that database in any one second, but it should be able to handle that.

Definitely let me know when that happens. A thread shouldn't disappear after it has been posted.

Aaron I figured it out.. When you click on the Pine Belt in the bottom left it has display options.. You click on begining and they will all come up. In the other sections Hburg, off topic, the display options show begining and will not default back to last month or whatever. Seems the Pine Belt section defaults back to last month.. Make sense...

Yeah, that is the newest forum here, so it's probably at the default that the forum sets it to when created, which is a month. I changed all the others months ago.

And for some reason this topic (forum support) doesn't show up when you click "New Posts". I use the new posts button almost all the time now.
