I just saw this movie last night starring Charlize Theron. It was a GREAT movie and I highly recommend it.
It's based on a true story and is the story of a woman who goes to work in the mines in Minnesota. She's a single mother of 2 and has a wild past, and her father works in the mine but has never really supported her emotionally. She and the other women are sexually harassed, groped, attacked, and other things happen. This is the reason why we have sexual harassment policies now. I could not imagine working in this type of environment.
If you saw it, what did you think? Charlize Theron chooses great roles. This is one in which she again plays a hard role. I am always impressed in her abilities and how she is so beautiful and can be unattractive, poor, or whatever the role calls for.
