what kind of condition is the washer and dryer in? service warranty? need any repairs...bc we are looking for a set!

The washer and dryer are both Maytag and wash and dry excellent.

The refridgerator is a Kenmore cold spot side-by-side with water and ice dispensers (cube and crush).

The washer and dryer are top load and I'll check on when we bought them. The refrigerator is 7 years old and both are in great shape. I'll try to get some pictures. I have moved into my other house have two houses of furniture and appliances and I have several items to sell. I'm getting a list from my wife today.
