Help 4 a newbee like me...

Hi every1, i am new here. I have a few questions... Why cant i viewstuff from hubplaza, play arcade games, or even make a new thread anywhere but here? Does it take a certain number of posts? And it doesn't look like my money in the bank is growing any intrest... Thanks for the help!

Yeah, I think you have to make 25 posts before you're a full-fledged member.

I have 28 posts, but i am still a new member, why can't i play arcade games? or make new threads?
