I was poking around the movies.com website, and stumbled upon this movie, America: from Freedom to Fascism (http://www.freedomtofascism.com/).
Before you make a snap decision, like I did, read through the site. It's an interesting take on government, and I can't say that I disagree with some of the objectives they list as a reason to promote the film.
On slightly the same subject; I remember in school learning about the pamphlet movement in the founding days of our country and how these written arguments moved the citizens to action. I always wondered where the pamphlets of my day were. Maybe this is it? I didn't care for Fahrenheit 9/11, but it was a politically moving movie for many people, as wrong headed as I think it/they are. Maybe the political movie is the new vehicle for swaying public opinion.
