I know this is going to spoil it, but I sure am glad it stopped being so HOT. I know it's only a few degrees between 93 and 98, but I can feel the difference outside. May was one odd month, but it looks like things have settled into a normal summer pattern now, save for the lack of rain.

Anyway, I'm glad it's not so hot anymore. Yes, it's still not cool, but it's at least Mississippi comfortable out.

i agree CB there is a noticable difference in the five degrees. I am having ac unit trouble and my house will be cool when i go home on a 93 degree day on a 98/88 degree day my house is still 79 degrees when i go to bed

I agree every little bit helps with the heat. Just Me< I hope your ac gets better for you soon.

I hope the cool few degrees will continue with a nice downpour of rain.

You must be smoking something good.. Its freaking HOT as heck today... My a/c unit never shut off..

Bought an Aerobie Orbiter today at Hudson's and me and ND's been outside playing with that and construction vehicles for a good part of the day... Sweating, but it's not that bad out. I've got the house a/c set on 80 and baked a peach cobbler and some cookies. Maybe there IS something wrong with me.

Do you feel the urge to go buy a bunch of shoes for no good reason? Or talk on the phone for hours about nothing?

No, actually I just bought two radios, some Cars toys for ND, a hotwheels monster truck and the orbiter...

I never feel the urge to buy clothing, including shoes, and I hate the phone... but I get where you're coming from... Those girls at work... I have to come behind them to turn the a/c down.
