Council Meeting canceled not enough council members to hold a forum.

You know- I know that there is important city business to attend to - but this is a popular travel time. I say cut them some slack. However, they should have quarum at the rescheduled meeting since they could have checked their calendars first

Had Carter Carrolls plane not been delayed I believe they would have had enuf to have a meeting. We were told that Red was at the hospital because he was still not feeling well and they were expecting him to have a heart cath done. DDD was just out of town...no excuse as to why. Not that she really makes a difference in the first place!
