I was informed that Red resigned and the council has already voted on a date for the elections. I forget the exact date but it is a little over a month away.

Dave Ware has his signs ready, and if you are interested in supporting him and need signs, message me your address and i will have him bring you some signs. That way you can meet with him.

If we could get these signs put up all over the ward in a hurry, it would make quite an impression. We need that show of solidarity.

We dont have anytime to wait. If you live in ward 4 let me know so I can let you know if any meetings or get togethers are being held. I know of a few in the planing stage right now. That way you can meet with Dave as soon as possible and ask him the questions you have. Im sure after you meet him you will be very happy he is running. We really lucked out, since this came about so quickly. He is dying to meet yall and listen to what you have to say. If you dont like meeting's and want to meet him one on one or have him call you, message me how he can get intouch with you and I will make sure he gets it. And he will follow through.

All of us who are conserned about the future of our ward and the city, need to unite together in one strong voice, saying , this is what we can do when we are faced with an opposition that will resort to any method to get what they want, even if it is underhanded and illegal.

And you better believe that Unfairley, is working like a dog to get his puppets to vote in block for whoever he decides on. And how does it make you feel when someone outside our ward, especially someone like him, decides who will run for our council seat. Lets show him that his interest and our interest do not correspond. And that we are a ward of like minded citizens. We want 61% of the vote (a number they throw in our face). And we can get it if we work hard enough.

All of us have felt so helpless in the past when it comes to the deterioration of our city and our ward. Well now we can actually "DO" something. WE CAN GO VOTE AND GET OUR NIEGHBORS TO GO VOTE. Imagine how good we would feel by winning in the frist election and there is no need for a runoff. So please if you care now is the time to show it. Thanks so much for showing your consern for our ward and city. Now lets put it to a vote.

AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR NEIGHBORS VOTE.... you know the rest of the city is holding their breaths waiting to see what the future of the council will be. Will unfairley get what he has allways wanted, control of the council, or will he get the message that there are people that will make the effort to go vote to stop him. We have to get like minded people to the polls. And we will walk out of the polls feeling good because we actually did something. The most important thing, we voted. thanks again

I applaud your efforts.....Good Luck to you and everyone in Ward 4!....You are on the right track, keep it up....because I do feel you are going to have to do all you can considering what "unfairly" odds you are up against. I also agree that a 61% vote would do wonders!!!! Again Good Luck and may God Bless for your efforts!

Red's health condition must again have taken a turn for the worse. Over the past couple of years, he has been my favorite on the council and I hate to see him go.

I hope Ward 4 sends a strong rebuke to the False Prophet of Mount Carmel come August 22nd.

Yes this is a very important election. I hope all who haven't registered will go out and do so.

Will the lawsuit by Fairly and crew change anything with the election or will it go ahead as planned?

From what my friend said it will go ahead as planned! You can say The Rev has 3 days to get voters registered!

You can say The Rev has 3 days to get voters registered!

That little cocaine bust involving Rev's son might keep Rev occupied for at least the next three days.

What will he do? :smt102

Non and Kitty, it probably doesn't matter how many actual days he has...he most likely is the one with the voter rolls that was recently stolen from city hall...he could add to them and no one would be the wiser...I am sure he could come up with a story about why any copies didn't have the exact same names on it....I wouldn't put anything past this crew!

Doesn't the county have backup rolls?

Daisy, I believe they do, at least that is what I think I was told when I registered to vote...BUT it would not surprise me in the least for the Rev. to come up with a cock and bull story that somehow the county left off or lost some of the names he MAY have added to the city rolls! THINK ABOUT IT...IF there is a way to fudge the rolls, I am sure he has probably thought of it...after all he has plenty of time because apparently he isn't out ministering in the name of our Good Lord!

Is this short time limit to register going to help or hurt the voters in Ward 4? I think Fairley uses such under-handed tactics that he would not want much time for the real voters to get a chance to register????

The real voters have long since registered. Fairley and the mayor need more time to bus in frauds!

You would hope that the City IT staff is smart enough to a) restored the voting information/resident information from backup copies, b) not use the soon to be recovered disk drives for any information about this election and c) send the disk drives to the FBI for analysis in terms of tampering.
