whats Up With Hpd Hiring A New Officer That Could Not Even Pass A P.t. Test?
whats Up With Hpd Hiring A New Officer That Was Previously Being Investigated By Internal Affairs For Off Duty Work?
anybody Have An Answer For Me Please Let Me Know.

At this point in the game I think they are just glad to have a WARM body in uniform..to heck with anything else...and IMHO I believe it is just another ploy to TRY and make the chief look good...he got someone else hoodwinked into the dept...to heck with THEIR MORALES!!!

THEY MAY BE HAPPY FOR A WARM BODY BUT COME ON HIRING A GUY WHO QUITE BECAUSE HE WAS BEING INVESTIGATED
AND HIRING A GUY WHO CANNOT MEET THE MINIMUN STANDARDS OF TRAINING TO PROTECT THE CITY, COME ON.

They're probably gonna administer the "Wynn P. T. Test". Not quite as strict as the one everybody else takes. Probably has more to do with the number of donuts you can eat than anything else.

yeah after seeing the size of that one new cop they hired...i think the only thing he's been busting is into a bag of cheetos.

They already had uniforms for the guy from Jackson. They must have had to special order some for the other guy. Chase down a criminal? I don't think so.

Apparently Ofc Cook was administered the "Wynn PT Test." Just like some of the officers from the HPD Academy classes were administered "Wynn Tests" while others had to take and pass the real tests.
