Grizzly Man

Last night watched the program on the Discovery Channel. It was about Timothy Treadwell, who went for 13 years straight into a Grizzly sanctuary in Alaska, and on his final trip, he and his girlfriend were eaten by a Grizzly.

Personnaly I think this guy was nuts. Who in there right minds would live with Grizzlies. He constantly talked about them like they were his family. Cried when cubs were killed or when the bears go into fights. He was finally attacked by an older bear (around 27 years old). It attacked him, his girlfriend tried to fight off the bear, but after it killed him, it then killed her. He kept telling her to run, but she wouldn't

Even the people they were talking to just seemed totally ignorant. Some of them even stated that it was the way he would have wanted to go. Who would want to be eaten by a Grizzly.

I saw it several months ago when it came on the first time. I thought the same thing. This guy is a idiot. Grizzlies are on the top of the food chain and are meat eaters and all they do is eat, s..t, and make more grizzlies. I think they are a wonder of nature and wouldn't want to hunt them unless they became a problem, but I damn sure wouldn't live in their back yard just to look at them. His girlfriend had to be crazier than he was to go with him.
