I thought ya'll were talking about The Green Room on Oprah. The Red Carpet Inn is where a salesman"s body was found by an employee going in to work.

They were probably pretty dangerous cd's, though, no?

I wonder what the percentage of bomb calls vs. actual bombs are.

Maybe the CD's were on the HPD 10 most wanted list?

I've been wondering... Since Chief Wynn is so great and the police dept is doing just fine, why haven't the criminals been caught who broke into CIty Hall? You would think that Dupree would want to be on a man hunt to make him and his wonderful Chief look good. I guess they don't want anymore of Fairley's family to be put in jail!!!

If you really wanted to know those numbers C-Belt ... I'll ask my dad for you ... He was the MSG and then the CSM of that unit until he retired a few years ago ... He was stationed here twice ...

To my knowledge ... (back then anyways) most of the ordanace was WWII duds ... like granades (sp?) and such ... there's was an occassional pipe bomb and then the occassional "scare" ... The guys at the unit probably had a cold one and a good chuckle afterwards ... :) ... I know my dad did when he got called out on "scares" ... it's really scarey when it's an actual bomb lying on the side of a street though, granted, we never knew until after the fact, so we had to sit at home and wait to hear from him, thank God it was never his CO calling instead ... I guess it's always better to be safe than sorry ...
