- is good, + is bad... It works out something like this:
If it's +110, then you'd win $110 on a $100 bet.
If it's -110, you'd have to bet $110 to win $100

Sorry I forgot to tell everyone.. The favorite has the minus..
1.50 to win a 1.00 or 1.00 to win 1.40 :smt102
I set all the vbookies at even money.. If a team was more than a 1.50 most of the time I SET it at 1 to 2...YOu notice the 10 or 15 cents difference on each team.. thats the BOOKIE JUICE>
No wonder I did so bad the last time I used the odds to decide. :p

LOL... Baseball is to hard to predict.. The odds are set by who is pitching and if the pitcher has one bad inning then pulled the bull pen will do you in..

I used the odds to decide on Sat and Sun... Sat I won them all, Sun, I only won one...
I've about decided that unless it's a large difference, then I'm not betting on it. Of course, noway usually keeps the large difference games off the betting table...
I know the predictions are based on stats, starting pitchers, etc., but then there are games like Cardinals vs Braves or Cubs...9 out of 10 the Redbirds are going to lose. That's just part of it! lol
Thanks for your help, both of you. :) Now let's see how much I can lose today. :p
