Every since all the training officers left for greener pastures who is running the training academy now. Or who do they have left to place down there?

Lt. Chris Johnson was just moved off patrol to fill that slot

What the hell? I thought they got rid of him from the academy before because he was less than capable to train.
Who could take him serious?
"Alright cadetes calm down now don't get me angry."

Having worked with Chris, let me say he is a super nice guy BUT he is not a training instructor by any means....WRONG MOVE AGAIN for the P.D.!
I know, I know, SO, what else is new? We just thought things couldn't get worse over there! IT will, wait and see! I suppose it had to be him or a rookie!

like I said in another post - Wednesday - he had the two new recruits clean his shed for training - yesterday he had them watch videos all day...

He is a nice guy and qualified to train, but how good will he be?

I like Chris alot as a person and as a friend but his leadership skills along with his low key personality doesn't inspire me with confidance! He is just to easy going to be the head honcho of something where you need a tuff ass attitude to make a difference!

I agree but the chief, mayor and the Rev only wants the kind hearted and weak to go thru the academy. Poor Chris will give his best shot and the Rev will get his cops not to do anything!

Ezell, McAlpin and Rosser were three of the best! Officers left their academy going onto the streets knowing how to say ma'am and sir and didn't have the "better than thou" attitude some exhibit now. Take notice all of the above are now in jobs they like, working for people they respect.

I've met Chris and I like him, he's a real nice guy. I don't know how good he may be at running the academy but I heard he got screwed around by Wynn by taking him out of the academy after he'd been there for several years, and then putting him back in when the last guy quit. You shouldn't be jerking people around like that, not if you want them to respect you.

PharmCop,
Are we talking about the same person here? For as long as I have known Chris "ERKLE" he has been less than qualified and not the type person you would want training your potential backup.
To train a cop you need someone who knows how to be one in the first place!

Maggie I feel bad I left Doug out. He was a very respectable person! I'll never forget when he pulled Clint Eastwoods car over one night. I about had a heart attack! Couldn't make Doug find a reason to have Clint come down to the zone just so I could see him.lol Doug was good too at the academy.
