If no interceptions are thrown, is it going to be a push?

WB, that's funny. I need a safe bet.

I often wonder when Peyton is talking on the sidelines on the phone if it's to Archie for advice.

That's funny - I also wonder if Archie will sit on one side and Olivia on the other? Didn't Eli and Peyton play each other in college - UT vs Ole Miss? It seems I remember Archie being interviewed about this scenario.

Should be a fun game! :)

No, Eli and Peyton never played in college. Peyton graduated from UT after the 1997 season, Eli played at Ole Miss from 2000-03. Ole Miss and UT did not play during Eli's time at Ole Miss. During Peyton's tenure at UT, the Vols did beat Ole Miss twice 41-3 in Memphis in '96 (while Ole Miss was on probation) and 31-17 in '97 (Ole Miss went on to the Motor City Bowl and beat Randy Moss and Marshall).

Saints Win!!!!! Reggie Bush looks great in season opener...

The Saints have had a way in recent years of winning the season opener (e.g. beating the Carolina Panthers on the road in Game 1 last season) only to lose the next several games en route to a typical losing season. The Browns weren't very good last year either, so I'm going to have to see more than what I saw today proclaim any sort of turnaround.

The more I ponder the Manning bowl, I realize how awkward that could be. You'd have to not say and we're so proud of you____ for beating ____.

What a magnificent game. I think some one on one parent time would be appropriate here to share the joys with one and the letdown with the other.

Or they may take it in stride since the boys,Eli and Peyton won't be on the field directly against each other at the same time. I know that much about football. OFFENSE/DEFENSE.

Oh, I took a football clinic for women a few years back under Coach Bower and he said we were the prettiest and best smelling bunch of people to ever set foot in that room. However, he would have had most of them doing laps for being late. $25 to sit and find out I needed more remedial than that class. Informative and interesting. At Ole Miss, I would have paid $75 to dress out and get treated like a football player for a while. That's Olivia Manning's idea up there.

Back to who Archie and Olivia yell for or pull for. They'd better yell for both when they're on the field or do like The agent for both Andy Reid and Jon Gruden did years ago when the teams played each other.

That agent said I'm not going to either. Neutral--business.

I heard Eli hopped up and switched the channel from the Giants talking @ strategy in front of Peyton.

I think there's also the little brother proving, I'm also good going on here.

I tried to give you rep for that. So funny and true. I say it will be twice as many as usual. 2 sons and more field time-- so pan to Archie and family. They'll have to keep guarded faces, huh?

Through 3 qrts -- Colts 16, Giants 14 (Giants are covering)....Eli no INTs to Peyton's 1 Int. Passing yardage close with slight edge to Peyton.

Time to sweat..lol

Indy cannot run the ball or stop Tiki Barber on the run. I just hope Indy drives down and kicks a Field goal and then Eli pulls a 2001 Miss State game when the Giants get the ball back.

That was a tight game. I like Peyton but, I was pulling for Eli, the underdog and just to start out on a good footing.

Reckon Archie and Olivia get tired of the cameras and are ever tempted to shoot the cameras the bird or moon them just to have some privacy? But, then as Tiki Barber says they're the Kennedy's of football and that might lose that for them.

They did seem to show them far more than when only one son is playing.
