Well, it's the owner's responsibility to provide a safe and legal viewing environment. If he's not willing to do that, then the city should have every right to 'shut them down'. The man got caught with his pants around his ankles, and is now pouting in a corner until he can figure out what to do without appearing to 'kiss the city of Petal's ass'.

james moore synopsis of the mud bog visit a few years ago was probably a pretty good indicator of what goes on there now, and it's probably progressed to worse things, as all unchecked frivolity tends to do.

And I'm not going to say any names, but some of the city officials need to worry about what their own teenage kids are doing as much as they worry about the rest of the teens in Petal.
