Dont know if this is old news or not. But if you download the latest free Google earth, Hattiesburg has been updated with clear satellite photos. great for finding street names and restaurants etc. Also looking along the coast, a lot of blue tarps on show. Don't know if these photos where taken after Katrina or an earlier Hurricane.

The latest updates for Google Earth include both late 2005 and early 2006 imagery. Most of the coastal images are post-Katrina.
