No...I'm not hubcityreb, and I agree. Besides, my wife is the only one who would get that moniker.

What did impress me about Colleen is how she maintained her poise and professionalism while that idiot was acting out behind her. I'm not sure I could have kept a straight face.

it sounds as if her voice "changes" when they are not taping for use on the story....but she is hot when she's not doing her whole "i'm colleen dunnavan news seven" kind of composure/act

i was in line with colleen at an airport a while back,she was standing in back of me and a little to the left,the lady taking care of me was having to down grade my seat,and was telling me about little extras they would throw in for my being a good sport about it,she pointed to colleen and said "we'll even try to get a banana for your monkey there":smt118

I don't find this kind of mess funny at all. Reporters (as much as I love to make fun of them) are there just trying to do a job. I don't start jumping up and down in an OR when a surgeon is operating; that's disrespectful (and dangerous). You also have to view it from the reporter / cameraman perspective. They don't know if this is just some guy promo-ing a morning radio talk show, or a nut who has a gun and a grievance. It becomes high stress very quickly. The reporter is taught to continue unless they feel threatened, but the cameraman has a to make a quick decision as to either tackle the crazy guy (and ruin the live shot), or let him be. It's a tough decision to make. Colleen is lucky that this guy was only a nonviolent fool. Even though I criticize the broadcast content at WDAM, no one should have to put up with this.

Crap like this is dangerous, foolish, disrespectful, and downright trashy. If I has been there, I probably would have tackled the guy on the spot.
