WHAT A JOKE...WHAT could he possibly know about recruiting police officers? Doesn't seem to me that he and Wynn are doing such a good job or recruiting or retaining officers in the Burg! :smt102 WHO in their right might asked him to sit on a national panel on how to retain officers?
