BCS Bowl Predictions

Forget the other bowls for now, I'm just dealing with the 5 BCS bowls. Here are my thoughts and predictions on these:

Rose - Michigan vs. USC

This is going to be a great bowl and either of these teams could probably beat Ohio State if they were having their "A-game". I also think that whichever of these 2 teams shows up with their "A-game" in this bowl will win this one. I think that this game is a toss-up. A lot of hubbucks could be lost on this game.

Fiesta - Boise State vs. Oklahoma

First, let me congratulate Boise State on their 12-0 season!

Secondly, let me say without reservation that their record will be 12-1 after this game.

Orange - Louisville vs. Wake Forrest

Who would have thought that these teams (especially Wake Forrest) would be in this bowl at the first of this season? And yet, they both deserve to be there. I think that this will be a good game and either team could win, but I give the edge to Louisville (and yet, I kind of hope that Wake Forrest pulls it out)

Sugar - Notre Dame vs LSU

The "luck of the Irish" got them into a BCS bowl, but it won't keep LSU from beating it out of them! Go Tigers!

BCS Championship Game - Florida vs Ohio St

I hope, I hope , I really hope that the Gators will somehow win this game.

It ain't going to happen though.

Who would have thought Michigan and USC could meet in the Rose Bowl and both teams be disappointed about it? I like USC because it is almost a home game.

I think you nailed the Fiesta Bowl. Congrats, Boise on a 12-1 season.

I see Lousville taking the Orange, and agree with you on the Tigers in the Dome.

Look for Florida to come up short in the Championship game. Just not enough muscle.
