I feel that I may be able to add a note to any issues concerning Lamar County, as I serve as the county administrator. Thanks for the comments. The City of Lumberton is hosting an open forum on the 30th and they have asked several county leaders to participate. Please feel free to attend to share the information with others.

The Lumberton meeting has been scheduled by the Mayor and is slated to start around 6:00 pm at the Ben Barrett Community Center off Highway 13. This is also know as the Lumberton Community Center.

I can not remember chasing goats, however, I chased a few from the equine events. I did have the pleasure of working at the facility for approximately 3 years. CB

Oh, Ok. I knew I wasn't sure if it was a goat or horse or whatever you was chasing, I just knew I seen them white tennis shoes cutting up late in the evening running across the floor.
