I was told another subway and on the side a coffee shop
somone else said it would be an Ins office as well...

I heard that Morris Marketers will have something there as well soon. They are the franchise that owns Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and KFC. I'm not sure if Subway is a part of that or not. I do know Mike Napper's Alfa office will be there. I do know that another Subway is coming out there. Too bad it's not a Taco Bell, or even a Krystal's.

It's definitely a Subway and another ALFA insurance office. The coffee shop backed out. The Chili's is going to be down the Parkway back towards Petal on the service road between BancorpSouth and Popeyes (obviously the road is going to be extended).

I'm not a businessman, but I don't see Petal supporting two Subways. If we are not large enough for two McDonald's I can't see how we would generate enough business for Subway in two locations. I predict one location will soon close.

A Chik-Fil-A would be nice if it had to be a fast food place. And I would rather see a Sweet Peppers open in Petal than a new Subway.
