This is not to be confused with the butt-load tactic, which I'll refrain from describing.

Heh heh heh. You don't watch much baseball do ya. I think it's used as the "hit and run" sign when preceded by the crotch grab. At least he didn't close one nostril and honk one. Another charming baseball event.
