I looked and now I know what NSFW means.

Interesting and how does a transsexual change their identity and social security and all? I really wonder when I hear all those stories on tv. Would their driver's license still say male or go to female after the operation?

Or is a transexual a man who wants to be a woman? I get mixed up and I am being serious.

Or is a transsexual a man who was surgically and by medicine changed to a female?

Also what about the birth certificate?

There have been some interesting court cases regarding changing the gender listed in records. I think it depends on which state they live in at this point. I did a little searching and this site (http://www.tsroadmap.com/reality/drivers-license.html) seems to have a lot of the information gathered up as to how one would go about it.

That was pretty amazing to me too. I can see the chest, but I've never seen butt implants that do anything like that.

Actually, I'm only attracted to my wife... I compare every woman I meet to her, and so far, none surpass her...

However, I'm sure if you want to meet up with the he/she, he/she is available on friday... and I support your decision to get down and dirty with him/her... I wouldn't do it, but I don't care if anyone does, so have at it!!!
