Sometimes I get frustrated over the smallest things, and then when something much larger comes along it is so stressful that I have no idea what to do. So I basically run away in my mind and totally clear my head and heart. I try to forget about what happened or a bad choice I made, and sometimes it works. When it doesnt the only thing for me to do is just move on and take every hour of every day of every week one step at a time. I know it will all fall together one day and I just let God have it and try not to think about it.

I know it will all fall together one day and I just let God have it and try not to think about it.

And you'll probably have to continue to do this throughout your life... for me, sometimes it helps me to think that when I look back on the tough years of life, I'll probably wonder why I let them stress me out so much. It helps me to remind myself that I've made it through every other challenge in life, no matter how unpleasant, so odds are- I'll make it through whatever I'm going through right now.
