Blizzard announced it at a gaming competition in Korea about five minutes ago! Woohoo! And it IS an RTS, not an MMO (like they'd create competition for WoW this early on anyway).
Sounds like this is a different project than Ghost, which at this point I have written off as permanent vaporware.
