What!?! Are beaver's endangered? Because nothing else could describe that kinda dry spell unless these animals were on the endangered species list and it was prohibited to kill them.

That would be a bald one with red skin.... not red fur. These are the ones to stay away from. A very rare find. They have been known to be extra bitchy and violent. If you encounter one implement the RLH plan. Please exercise extreme caution when trapping, folks... it's wild out there.

NOOOOOOOOO....IT'S NOT YOUR TIME FURRY WOODLAND CREATURE!!!
Well, animal control picked it up a little while ago and took it to get examined....The DOC said it's time was up. Poor little Beaver, it's tail had been chewed too much.

I saw on National Geographic once that beavers often try to take on opponents that they are really no match for in a fight. Poor little thing...he didn't have a chance, did he?
Nope...he just ain't got no wood anymore.:-D
Poor feller.

Live from the campaign trail... It seems not that long ago beaver was ahead by a tail but his mouth seems to have gotten him in a little trouble and now is experiencing some minor setbacks.

No. Do you got a link?
58ford
06-25-2007, 03:47 PM
No, I couldn't find a link, but he describes a sign in the book that says "wide open beavers inside" Then he describes men's fascination with wide open beavers & drew illustrations to show which kind of beavers he was referring to.
Vonnegut was a genius. We miss ya down here Kurt.

I don't know that I've ever been fascinated with a "wide-open" beaver.....it takes a gun of a larger caliber than I'm packin' to kill a "wide-open" beaver....
