Anyone taken the Newsweek Global IQ quiz (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/19337909/site/newsweek/)? It's 130 questions, and the interface is rather clunky. Some questions were interesting.
I scored 68%, which means the editors of Newsweek would take me to a dinner party with fancy people. Knowledge of religion (surprise :-D), art, music, and movies (another surprise :-D) helped me quite a bit.

I will take it later. I bet my mother would do well since she subscribes.

I scored a 92!
The second time I took the test. The first time I took it I scored a 69. It's a long test to slog through. The GF scored a 45 which I found surprising.

Just to prove men smarter than women, I accepted the challenge. No comment.

I quit at question 80 and it told me I was the smartest one so far of anyone who took the test.

Nice left-leaning quiz. I scored 70%. I loved how much attention global warming received and how the only reference to Jesus was the "I have not come to bring peace but a sword" verse from Matthew.
Still, a got a good laugh out of it. It was surely better than a poke in the eye.
I noticed the political bent of the test too, but it did make the answers of the questions I didn't know easier to divine.
I remember taking the NTE when I was in college. It was so liberally biased that I literally started looking for the most left leaning answers and scored near the top of my group, and I'd never taken a teaching class in my life.
