You may want to watch Larry King Live tomorrow night (http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/larry.king.live/beatles/) (June 26).

Larry will be live in Las Vegas with Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Yoko Ono, and Olivia Harrison to celebrate the one-year anniversary of "LOVE," the Cirque du Soleil Beatles tribute.

I can't stand the Beatles, wish they'd die and eat worms.

If they die the worms will eat them.

I did like the Beatles, till Joplin. The music really change by the mid 60's...and like all the rest they became a "has been."

Surely they won't all be in the same room. Otherwise I'd expect Paul and Ringo to lay a beat-down on Yoko.

I bought One when it came out and played it in my classroom quite a bit. I like them.

I liked them at first, but after they got super famous and stupid (John Lennon saying they were more famous than Jesus Christ), I didn't buy any more of their records. (I know.... all you young'uns on here are saying records...what are records?? :-D

I'm too young to remember when the Beatles were new, but old enough to remember records. ;)

My world ended when George Harrison died.

(Not really, but he was my favorite, but I could never tell anybody because I was a Serious Intellectual who listened to classical music. But George really made my heart go pitty-pat.)

Raise your hand if you saw them live on Ed Sullivan the first time.

Yep I saw them and my heart as yours was happy. I was at my Dads (Louisiana) and it was in black and white. Here my hand!

I was thinking like ComputerDude that they would not have the two widows on with Paul and Ringo but they did. :smt118 It was a really short segment and Ringo appeared to be a little uncomfortable sitting next to Yoko. Interesting show tonight...

This used to be a dating test for me....way back when I still did that kind of thing....if she could name off all of the Beatles, she was old enough for me to take her on a date! :)

You know, Hermione, everybody says I look exactly like George Harrison:-D
Raising my hand. I was standing in Jane Carol Foshee's den on Jeff Davis Circle picking her up for a date and we watched that initial performance. Funny I can remember all that. Anyway. I never liked any of those red coats. And Herman's Hermits was the worst. Mrs. Brown you've got an ugly daughter. The dude was gay. I'm enery the aith I yam.
