Not to change the subject too much, but have any of you ever tried steaming foil wrapped fish in the dishwasher?

I have done this with Sheephead as they have a trillion tiny bones. After he's steamed, whole, the meat slides right off the bone, easily. Just put all your spices in with the fish, double wrap and seal good in two layers of heavy duty foil, and hit the wash and dry cycle.

Note: don't use detergent :-D
With a little spice experimentation, you can make Sheephead taste just like crab meat.
My wife would kill over if she caught me doin' that! May send her to the mall or sumthin' when I get my hands on one of those convicts!
