These things are known for striking boaters, more seriously for taking over native fish habitat. We don't need these things around here. For some reason they jump real high out of the water when the motor comes whizzin' by. They jump the wake to.
There is a YouTube video somewhere about bowhuntin' em'. Pretty cool.

I don't know Hawk, I am sorta undecided as of now. I know it would help the striped bass fishery by coolin' down the water at the tail-race. Prolly help the game fish fishery and the catfish fishery. Now the other species like the paddle-fish, gar (who cares bout' gar, fun to catch though)
and bowfin, prolly would hurt one or more of em'. I just don't know.
We have the last free flowin' river system here in end down there to the Pascagoula. Sorta like we got somethin nobody else has you know.
I'll just hafta stick with undecided on that one.
