My oldest will actually eat a lemon, or a lime. It beats all I have ever seen.

We use to love to eat lemons...with lots of salt! they were good then but I couldn't do it now!

What's really amazing is that little kids have many, many more taste buds than adults do. (We should be more understanding when they don't like stuff, especially if they don't like the texture of certain foods.)
