I was over at a friends place a couple of weeks ago. They had invited my over for a steak since I invited them to a shrimp boil awhile back. Well we were grillin' steaks and all and he had some nice corn on the cobb layed out with the shuck still on it but the silk all cleaned off.....

To my amazement he smeared butter all over em', wrapped em up in plastic and popped em' in the microwave....it was awesome! Some of the best corn on the cobb I had ever eat!

The best way to eat corn is creamed corn....Fresh creamed corn....I make sure to put some up every year....

Dang dude, you ain't ever had that? We heat some up sometimes in the microwave if I don't feel like grilling it. Just do it as you would a potato, slap da butta to it, and heat it up, then chow down. Hell, while picking our corn, we'll even shuck it in the field and eat it raw for a snack, it's good, especially if it's sweet corn.

My daddy used to fix it in the microwave. I was thinking about some fresh corn just a few days ago and couldn't remember how to do it in the microwave. Yum-yum. Sure wish I had some.
