Well it started at 02:00 on Saturday:smt022. I had to make sure I got hubby up so he & the others could leave by 02:30 a.m.
Well I did my part the alarm went off & I woke hubby up, that was all I was supposed to do:(. Well at 02:30 hubby come back in asking me to call the others (neighbors) to make sure they are up...another words they weren't in the front yard ready to go. So here I am trying to call and getting voice mails:laugh:.
Finally everyone is there, so off they go. :clap::clap::clap: They got to the boat launch at Breton Sound Marina (Chalmette) about 05:00 and had to wait in line behind about 1/2 mile of other boats to launch.
The 3 fishermen drive in at 9:30 p.m. Nasty, Smelly, Hungry and with only 7 fish. Not a very happy crew. We get the important stuff off the boat, left the rest till today. Hubby & I got up and washed the boat & finally here comes one of the other guys...so I left the cleaning of the (7) fish to them...
Moral of the story....sometimes when you go fishing you will catch an ice chest full & some times you want.:smt103
