Now dirty chopsticks picked up in China scare (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070822/ts_nm/china_safety_chopsticks_dc_1;_ylt=AlSzA.8pXuwxfmU2 TIHwLJ0E1vAI)

BEIJING (Reuters) - A Beijing factory recycled used chopsticks and sold up to 100,000 pairs a day without any form of disinfection, a newspaper said on Wednesday, the latest is a string of food and product safety scares.
<script language="javascript">if(window.yzq_d==null)window.yzq_d=new Object(); window.yzq_d['nH4fGtG_RvY-']='&U=13be2e84v%2fN%3dnH4fGtG_RvY-%2fC%3d608304.11126211.11731981.2811172%2fD%3dLREC %2fB%3d4790646'; </script><noscript>http://www.myhattiesburg.com/forums/</noscript>
Counterfeit, shoddy and dangerous products are widespread in China, whose exports have been rocked in recent months by a spate of safety scandals, ranging from pet food to medicine, tires, toothpaste and toys.

Officials raided the factory and seized about half a million pairs of recycled disposable bamboo chopsticks and a packaging machine, the Beijing News said.Who was it that said Chinese restaurants would be next? I wonder if the rat meat still stuck on them is what gave it away.

What next? I'll tell you what next. I found out this morning that I've been giving my dog some of those chicken jerky treats from China. Not the brand they're talking about on the news, but the Waggin Train brand that, after a little research, has been making dogs sick and killing some. I could tell he hasn't been feeling well and he's thrown up his food a few times in the last week or so. I'll check EVERYTHING I buy from now on. If it's made by some slant eyed Chinaman, f... them. If my dog dies, I'll be pissed. F... China.

well we sent most that stuff to be made elsewhere cheaper I felt oneday it would come back and bite us. I used to work for a company that sent everything to Mexico and now the products aren't worth a crap, and all the US employees lost their job.

Yep I go another hidden recall in my email again today...basically it says the same thing as yesterdays, but if I can find it I'll post the link.

OK here it is in a USA blog (http://blogs.usatoday.com/ondeadline/2007/08/wal-mart-quietl.html) thingy. I have used both of these Chicken Jerky Strips and Chicken Jerky for a pup that died. She got ran over last year. But haven't bought any since.

Ahhhh a chocolate, he is handsome too...but he looks sick. Or he's drowsy. We got to take care of our babies!!! No more food from china! Try the apple cider for a week and see if he's feeling better. It will make his coat shine even more!!

How old is he?

Errrything that says made in CHINA... trash it... it is a commie conspiracy to bring the US to its knees... They want to rule the world and have us all eat rice and fish for breakfast and have to eat with chopsticks and wear those funny hats. jus kiddin but I don't see how I can ever look at any label that says MADE IN CHINA the same again... Shoot if they recall everything the shelves in Walmart will be bear and we might actually get some manufacturing jobs back in America...<!-- / message --><!-- #### SHOW REPUTATION GIVEN IN POST START - BY LEVI THORNTON #### --><!-- #### SHOW REPUTATION GIVEN IN POST END - BY LEVI THORNTON #### --><!-- sig -->

The Olympics are going to be in China in 2008. I'm wondering if those will be recalled, too. We probably won't even be able to get any decent steroids while there.
