I've GOT to get rid of our leaky faucet in the kitchen.

It's been leaking for two years, and getting worse all the while. It doesn't only leak from the faucet, but also from the BASE of the faucet, which has ruined the wood facing on the wall behind it, as you can see. It also makes it impossible to keep it clean, because water is constantly dripping over it.
A few months ago, I decided to take it apart and replace the washer. When he saw that I was about to do something he should've done long ago, my husband forbade me to attempt this job. While I was gone one day, he claims he took it apart and that the washer was not the problem-- he says the whole thing needs to be replaced.
So be it. I'd rather have one with two knobs-- one for hot and one for cold-- instead of this all in one arm thingy. It looks silly and I've never seen one like that that didn't leak.
Mr. Rooter was here working on our sewer recently, and he offered to do it-- FOR $200. No thanks.
If you know someone who can replace my kitchen sink faucet for a fair price, PM me. I want it done ASAP.
