I've got a little charcoal grill like that one. Perfect for 4 steaks!

My traditional meal when I camp at the Isles is a small Pork Loin. I put it on around sunset just before the topwater action heats up in the last little window of light. I let this slow cook for about 2 hours while I suck down cold adult beverages.
If you are ever out there and want a mixed drink save one of your 32 oz. gatorade bottles. Pour it half full of some Jose gold Margarita mix. Cram ice into the bottle, put on lid and shake...:smt023
