Here's a shot of me releasing a gator that was removed from a private pond. When I was an Agent Trapper for the Mississippi Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks I preferred to relocate rather than harvesting these true natives to Mississippi.

Are you putting it into a river or a swamp?

It's an undisclosed dead river lake about 20 miles from any real metro area.

Nope, Gators and Beavers........I've also relocated numerous snakes from garages and sundecks, and porches and the like.

OMG....I was about to say I used to be a beaver trapper before I got married.....Dang, RGD, you've done it all haven't you? I think only Augustus and Hawk have had more jobs.....

No, you nailed it Hawkeye, 12" Coni......Beavers don't get relocated, they get harvested, a nice way of saying Kilt.

I don't trap beaver anymore..........I'm off the state's agent trapper list now.....but I still help friends out with snakes if needed.

I caught one with a fishing bow last month in my backyard.......
