All you guys and girls need a special thanks for the things you do for us.
I just can't fathom how people can't put two and two together and give misplaced alarm when y'all are trying to end this virus of a problem.
This isn't the working people of any color that perpetuates this scourge. Working people have to keep straight enough to go work. Where does that pinpoint? Those that have nothing to do or rather more distinctly want nothing else to do than keep the drug business going. If we could punch the button on the smart bomb and take these people out of the population it would go away.
Well, we can't do that but we do have you guys and girls to chip away at it; form a world where there is better incentive not to do it than to do it.
Just my meager thanks to you for doing what you do.

Shocking to hear from the good citizens of Hburg, "....I ain'd did nuthin'..." of course.

I got a question. It may have been addressed here and I missed it. WHY is Meisenhelter not interested in the chief's job? He has continually said he is not a candidate. The Mayor has said repeatedly what a great job he has done as interim. So, WHY?

Is it a requirement for the chief to live in Hattiesburg?

I understand the interim chief does not live in Hattiesburg.

This is my opinion about Asst Chief Misenhelter.

I have heard numerous reasons why Misenheler hasn't pushed for the chiefs job.. IMO its because of no security.. A chief of police can be fired, asked to resign at anytime. He should be close to having his time in for retirement and if he becomes chief and for some reason he is let go, resigns or whatever he will be screwed with his retirement. I really doubt he plans on retiring anytime soon. but if you were within 4 or 5 years of retiring would you take a job that could end at anytime?

Not for sure if a police chief has to live inside the city limits or not.. Wayne Landers & Charlie Sims lived outside the city..

Understand his reticence on those reasons, but i wish they'd "draft" him into it. That ain't gonna happen, is it?

I'm just curious, did Frank "Cowboy Up" Melton come down for the NET team raids?

Do you think maybe she got special treatment because she's royalty? WDAM said she was queen of the Vice Lords.
