View Full Version : Hattiesburg DMA getting smaller?

According to this year's Nielsen guidelines, the Hattiesburg/Laurel Designated Market Area (DMA) has fallen three places. The DMA, which measures the number of television households in a given area, dropped from 111,850 to 106,560. As a result, WDAM's DMA has dropped from 165th to 168th largest in the nation.
I didn't realize we were losing population in this area.

yeah thats got to be a result of their method of polling those numbers
not a result of fewer people being around

I haven't eaten in a hattiesburg resturant since the ban.
