Me thinks Mike Woodard is making tremendous strides in his campaign and every day brings him a little closer to being the next sheriff of Perry County. It sure has been a while since P. C. HAD a sheriff. He spent all weekend at the Pecan Festival meetin and greetin folks and managed to gain some new support. Good Luck Mike.:smt023

My dad wanted to take number one grandson to the Pecan Festival, but, as usual, son did not want to go. Looked like ya'll had a lot going on in the town of Rich this weekend. Bluesman, did your wife enter the tobacco-spitting contest?:laugh::smt118

Interesting point there No-Halo, but in keeping with our southern stereotypical Perry County heritage I would have to admit that both assumptions have some level of truth to them.:smt118:laugh:
