Who wants to take a guess that the Old Phillips Furniture Store on Hardy Street will reopen soon with another Furniture Store inside. Just a thought. Also noticed that something is being built in the place where the GREAT FROST TOP once stood.Lets hope it's something really nice and not just another self storage place.I also saw that the Sofa Express sign was down from there business. Does anyone know if there closing up shop? As you can see when Im out and about I look at everything. Always have. Just love to see whats coming and going. I think it would be nice if the Toys R Us , would combine there store with the old REX building ,would make it alot bigger and have lot more room. Just my thoughts for the day. I rarely believe that a jewelry or furniture place is going out of business anymore. Well furniture is far worse about having the final going out of business sale at least 10 times.

Yes, that would be good of the Old Rex were something. I miss Rex tv.

at the rate that walmart is forcing those people out, there will be nothing in that old rex building

rex trippled their sales when they moved over there- walmart didn't like it and quadrupled the rent

I LOVED the old Frost Top!! That was the best place way back then.
