wtb a very little bit of land for a shop

Me and the gramps are wanting to build a shop, the problem is everytime you look in the paper it is for like alot of land. I know this is probably a shot in the dark and hard to find but we are looking for some land preferably just like a lot. The main problem is when we find a lot or something its always in a housing area, or business area we just want something small and out of the way.
