Sniper victim upset by CNN's interview with a killer (http://www.montgomeryadvertiser.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071023/NEWS/710230320/1001)
A woman shot by the D.C. sniper as he traveled from Montgomery to the nation's capital is lashing out at the killer and the cable TV network that aired a death-row interview with him.
Kellie Adams, who now lives in Kentucky, posted an almost two-minute video response on YouTube this weekend.
Five years after being shot outside her workplace by John Allen Muhammad, Adams still is being treated for her wounds. A co-worker, Claudine Parker, died after also being shot by Muhammad at the ABC liquor store on Zelda Road.
In her video, Adams takes the TV network to task.
"He shouldn't be getting airtime on CNN when no one talks to the victim's families or victims anywhere to see what we are still doing five years later ... it's not fair and CNN should be ashamed," she said on YouTube.
and this is from one of the Sniper's victims, who survived.
But there is a great quote from her at the end of the article:
Kellie Adams hopes to meet Muhammad in person one day.
"The next time we meet, Muhammad will see me laughing from the other side of the execution room window in Virginia as I watch them put him to death for hurting so many people," she said.
