I just got an interesting call... Watch WDAM tonight! It should be funny..if they do not edit too much out... :kekeke:
A couple of houses on Windsor Drive that were sporting Democrate candidate signs were "papered" last night by Barbour literature. I will drive by it on my way home to see for myself, but one of the homeowners called Randy Swan from WDAM and he is on his way out with the news crew to cover it... He says there are hundreds and hundreds of his little color flyers all over his yard, around his Dem signs, in his bushes, etc! All Haley's...
Looks like Haley will be getting free tv time tonight..just maybe not the kind he bargained for! :bowrofl:

During the last election when Musgrove was running against Barbour, some of my students who knew how I vote put a bunch of Musgrove signs in my driveway - along with a bunch of other Democrat candidates' signs. I had to move them out of the way to back out my car. Also had some John Kerry signs in the yard the next year. It's just a prank.

That doesn't mean he's responsible for it, just that some idiot who hates Eaves had a handful of fliers and saw a sign that displeased him. Or her.
It wasn't me. (Though I do think Eaves is a douchebag and would vote for Barbour twice if I could.)

It would have been funny as a prank... as "news" it doesn't mean jack, since there's no proof to suggest it was actually done by Barbour or Republican representatives (or by Democrats wanting to play martyr).
Maybe they just ticked off the wrong neighbor who happened to stop by the Barbour campaign office.

That was one of the stupidest news pieces I've seen in awhile. Surely they could have found some man who had bitten a dog instead.

Let it be known that I had nothing to do with that.

Oh, I wouldn't worry too much about them editing much at all. Given their recent track record and all.;)

Well, bless em all--I will be SO happy to be done with all these campaign ads. Ya'll get down right serious about politics down here. Its not so cut=throat up North. I haven't been in the state long enough to vote this time--and that's a good thing because I don't have a good enough lay of the land either way.

I don't know about this. It seems a little odd that this happens the day before the elections.....
