I remember "Dump", "pecker head", "tater" "frog-eye" "fluffy". Funny. She thought it was because she was so cute and fluffy. She was totally devoid of a brain. "Henry" the Chicken Hawk. "Pee Wee", "Scooter" "cat hair", "Flit", "Doodle" "Cati". Geez this brings back memories. I call my son, "kid". "doofus, Doll, Dollface. Any of those ring a bell? And finally "mole". Same as Doofus, Doll, Dollface.
Most of these came from my Dad. He had a nickname for everybody. Gus, you rememember "Dump" sessions. Lived down the skreet from Turner on Eva. His real name was Leslie. OH, "TC" for Too Cool. Tommy Nelson. "Cooter" for obvioius reasons.

Wow! I had BB gun wars with "Dump" Sessions and his brothers - I lived on Mamie Street "right across the wood" from his house on Eva Street. Played ball with "Scooter" and "Stonky." "Cooter" could have been any number of the folks we grew up with!

I have a friend who I nicknamed "Dirty John" about 3 years ago. I met the guy in the military when he got in my unit to go overseas a few years ago. He's like 40 something, and he used to be an instructor in the military back in the 80's. Anyways he told me a story about taking a bath in the water buffalo (that's a water tank on a trailer that poeple drink out of) and then watching people drink out of it. Plus he made alot of money in the 90's from a porn website he owned. Now he lives in Las Vegas and is engaged to a stripper. He's a freaky, dirty-minded little man, so that's why I gave him that nickname.

Odd, my son calls me that. I forgot the most famous reindeer of all: Ian's nickname is Goob. Short for Goober. He has a fluffy toy in one side of his mouth, and his big ole tongue hanging out the other and he looks like a goober. So half the time he's Ian, the other half he's goob.

I've been called catfish, when I tried to grow a handlebar moustache. My wife calls me 'tooter' sometimes, you can figure that one out yourself, but, I call her that, too! I know a 'wild turkey', I know of a 'speedee'. Sometimes I go by 'phone guy' by my customers, cause it's always, "Hey, the phone guy is here."

Yep...Bobby "PeeWee" Reaser - his Daddy was a cop....he later became "Robert" and 6'7....one of the world's nice guys. Didn't he move up your way somewhere? Stole my girlfriend - Sandra Faulkner (Eubanks) - but that happened a lot with you "older guys!" And John Winters looked JUST like "Henry the Chicken Hawk" (you'll probably have to explain that character to some of the younger folks here!) - but I'd give my left arm to be able to sing like John Winters!

I have another friend that I call Richi-poo--just for giggles--but everyone calls him that.
Another friend is Pablo--I can't even call him Paul anymore.
I am either Chichiguita or Negrita
...for years I have been campaigning for "Queen of All She Surveys"--alas--I just can't get it to stick!
