Duck chasing Dog...

I LMAO today at my little dog (my avatar). He has a squeaky toy that quacks like a duck and he loves it till he hits the thing inside and it quacks. Well, we were outside and several ducks flew over about 100 yards away. My husband started quacking and they flew closer to us. Dog saw them in the air and ran to try to catch them....It was may 8 -10 ducks...I LOVE HIM!!! He brings us joy every day.

Years ago we had one of those big white ducks with the funky nose. We named her Liz. She enjoyed hanging out in the pond but when we got home everday she would venture up the hill to hang out. We lived in a mobile home at that time and it had a deck on front. I taught Liz to climb the stairs and she would lay out in the sun with me....She succombed to a hit and run on HWY 15 north, which was about 100 yards from the pond. She was mean too, my husband would scold her and she would listen but she just flapped her wings at me...LOL

I thought this was goign to be about the duck chasing the dog... Those ducks can sometimes be nasty.:-D
