Mickey is probably number 1 - if you've ever been to Disney World you can't describe (even as an adult) the excitement in seeing the #1 mouse...

Oh - and then there's Capt Jack Sparrow! I change my mind he's my favorite...

I don't even include Mickey in this because for any fan of Disney it should be automatic that he's number 1. For other classic characters I've always laughed most at Goofy.
For more current characters I think Buzz Lightyear and Woody probably rank up really high since it's something my son and I both share.
